All Course curriculum is taught and certified through the American Heart Association (AHA), the nation's largest and oldest voluntary organization which is a leader in promoting cardiovascular health through research and community outreach. To learn more about the AHA, please visit www.heart.org
We offer options for obtaining your certification:
Blended Classes:
Limited for time? Learn online at your own pace! To begin, purchase your course through the AHA at https://shopcpr.heart.org . When completed, reach out to us for your in-person skills check off. (A copy of your course completion certificate is required to schedule in-person skills check off).
In Person Classes:
This traditional format is ideal for new learners and those who prefer 1:1 interaction with an instructor. (Books, material, and testing are included.)
Community Classes vs. 1:1:
Don't prefer crowds? Alongside with our posted classes on our community calendar, we offer 1:1 instruction by appointment (availability may vary).
As of January 2025, payment for classes must be made prior to class. Students will be emailed an online invoice as part of the enrollment process, and we gladly accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards
- ACH bank transfer
- Venmo (@SaukValleyCPR)
- CashApp ($SaukValleyCPR)
Any other payment arrangement requests need to be discussed and approved by the instructor prior to the day of class.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by emailing or texting the instructor in order to receive a full refund or have it applied towards a future rescheduled course ( Terms and Conditions.)
